PAYMENT AND DELIVERY OPTIONS
PPL
Within 2 business days of confirming your order, we will hand over the package to PPL for delivery. The carrier will then inform you of the exact dates and times of delivery of the goods to their destination.
Payment options:
Online payment (using credit/debit card) or
Cashless payment (via invoice or to the company account according to IBAN)
Personal collection
Free in dispensing cities
Delivery of orders over CZK 2,500 is at the company's expense.
Courier delivery
Delivery price – according to PPL tariffs
Czech Post
Within 3 business days after confirming your order, we will hand over the package to Czech Post for delivery.
Payment options:

Non-cash payment (via invoice or to the company account according to IBAN), cash on delivery.
Delivery of orders over CZK 2,500 is at the company's expense.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN OF GOODS
Exchange and return of goods
The Buyer has the right to return the non-defective goods to the Seller if they do not suit him/her in terms of their form, dimensions, style, color, size or for other reasons cannot be used for the intended purpose. The Buyer has the right to return the non-defective goods within 14 (fourteen) days, regardless of the day of purchase. Returning the goods of non-defective quality is possible if they have not been used and if their commercial properties, packaging, seals, labels and proof of payment that was issued to the Buyer when purchasing the goods are preserved.
The amount for non-defective goods will be refunded to the Buyer within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment of receipt of these goods by the Seller, provided that the requirements set out in applicable legal regulations are met.
The price of the goods will be refunded by bank transfer to the Buyer's account.
The return of goods of undamaged quality to the Seller's address is at the Buyer's expense and the Seller does not reimburse the Buyer for the return costs.
